Once you have agreed your part exchange price there's very little left to do.
Typically your home will be put on the open market, however no viewings will be conducted without your approval.
Solicitors will be instructed and legal paperwork will begin.
A simple RICS survey is undertaken, once this is finished contracts will be exchanged and completion date set.
Paperwork will then be finalised and you can then look forward to moving.
